Extremely nice and very knowledgeable owners father we spoke with about play houses and trampolines. The prices are a lot cheaper than RAINBOW and it seems the quality of the play sets are similar. I purchased one playset and trampoline and after installation and use I'll edit my comment on these.

Christy was extremely helpful in choosing the right play set for my girls. We purchased in April and scheduled delivery for June 5th. As promised DJ the installer called the night before and was very informative about the next day install. His crew showed at the time stated and quickly installed the set. Great job to all parties from the sale to the installation.

Steve..Scotty..and Jake were absolutely a delight. Very friendly..very accommodating and they really knew their stuff. Even with all my requested movements of the Classic Fort they smiled through it and wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied with placement and construction of our playset. It has been 3 hrs since they left and my kids have not come back into the house. PARENTING WIN! Bergfeld has gained a lifelong customer Thanks again guys!!!

We had a great experience with Bergfeld! Like a lot of families, we decided to look for a play set during quarantine. We called the 2 big places in town and couldn’t get a return call from the other one. Christy at Bergfeld helped us immediately and spent a good amount of time on the phone with us at a super busy time. We were invited to visit the store and displays that day and made our purchase. We just got it installed and we could not be happier!!! The quality is amazing and the install team was great and thorough. The playground looks and feels high quality. 5 stars from my family!!

We purchased the Turbo Original Fort Hangout from Bergfeld Recreation and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and functionality of this playset. We reached out for general questions and the staff member we spoke with asked us what we were looking for in a playset. Sure enough Bergfeld had a playset with the things that were most important in a playset for us; cabin area, 3 swings, rock climbing wall and slide. DJ led the install and they put it together in just a few hours. We surprised our children with the set and they were so happy! It looks absolutely beautiful in our backyard and the quality is amazing. It is nice to support a local business as well. If you are on the fence about playsets you are looking for online or at other stores, do yourself a favor and give Bergfeld a call. They will take good care of you. You will not be disappointed!
